Here is my personal legend.I post here,I hope i can achive my personal legend in the future.

My Personal Legend

My personal legend is to become a successful business woman. I want to be in charge of a bank at the beginning, and then maybe I want to try to open my own business. My personal legend is very important to me. Because I want to have a good life in the future. Also my major is business and management .then the bank work area is stable compared with other areas. I read a book introduction, it let me know how can I begin my business from small business. The book’s name is “How to become successful businesswomen”. I’m sure I will go on read this book after few days.

I want to have a good life in the future. That because I like luxurious things and also want to decorate my own house like a palace. I want to earn a lot of money. This is a common reason, but who doesn’t want this? Let me give you an example. "Angelina Jolie." Baidu. Web. 19 July 2009. http://baike.baidu.com/view/68401.htm: She is an actress, model and UNHCR Ambassador. She worked hard and earn a lot of money .A part of her personal life, Jolie like philanthropy. She gives money generously to charity. She owns a big house. It’s luxurious and beautiful also like a palace. She traveled all over the world, lived in 5 star hotel. These all case, explained that she has a good life. Actually, I think people do everything in this world is for their lives. Like to live in a good place, have a good life, own a lot of money to do something that they liked and for me, also.

The second reason for my personal legend is my major. I was majored business in my college life. Now I also want to learn a business or an MBA. I like the business area and want to be in charge of something. In my opinion, I should do some professional activities in business field. This would be able to match with my major and then I will have a better opportunity to promote myself. Like Steven Paul Jobs. He is a really successful businessman in the world…Back to my personal legends, It seems easy when I work in some area that I familiar. I just stable and add some new things in my mind then maybe I will have some unique ideas. Also, business area can help me to learn how I can start my own business. I want to collect more experiences about management. Then I will let my own business go smoothly.

Third, Upon the economic crisis today, more and more area have a hard living. Some companies or enterprises failed. So compared with this, working in a bank is stable. especially working in a developing country. My final goal is to establish my own business. So working in a stable area can be easy or concentrate on practice with my personal management ability. There are some suggestion talk about how to become a successful business women from the book named 《How to become a successful businesswoman》by imwriter .She suggest in the book about women do business are: “Determine exactly what you want; Network with other professionals; Gain support with organizations; Continue your education. If there is something you don't know or are interested in learning or if there is a skill that would help you become more successful.” So I think I will begin with a small business. Something like working in the bank, learn some knowledge or practice my management in a stable area.

For these reasons, my personal legend is to become a successful businesswoman in the future. At the beginning, I want to be in charge of a bank to practice my management ability. The reasons are mentioned just now. Those are: I want to have a good life in the future; my major is business and management, so I want to do business match with my major; Working in the bank is stable compared with other area. The book “How to become successful businesswomen” is very helpful for me. I hope I can achieve my personal legend in the future. Also, I will work hard to learn more.

Blue Man Group.I take a picture with a blue man.It's a real,their show are attrachtive.

Last weekeng,we went to Chicago.It's a exciating trip!I like it very much.Chicago is a big city,It's different from EauClaire.There are so many tall building.like the famoust one-sears tower.also many famous museum-like art museum.Chicago's history is long.so there have some important place to visit.we went to the sears tower at the first day.It's amazing!All of us know,It is a tallest tower in the world.I like the glass place very much.we lie down the clear floor,and climb it.it's cool~got lot's picture there.

After that,we visit the museum.It's a big museum.have a lot of history about different country.Beacuse we want eat lunch in Chinatown.so we not finish all the part of museum.About Chinatown,I like it !It looks like i back to China,mang chinese characters in chinatown,also the food in the resterant is delicious!I ate a lot,That is the best food i ate after i come to US.

Blue Man group,.I have a lot of fun there,laught all the way~they can't speak any words,but they use their body to show .It's my first time to see a behavior show.I like it also.at last .I got a picture with blue man.

When we back to Eau Claire.We sang some songs in the van.We all happy and like Chicago.If we have another opportunite,we'll back to Chicago again!

Hmong People

Last Class,we learn some culture about Hmong people.

I am very interested in this class.I 've never hear some news about Chinese Hmong people come to US.Maybe this part of history are cancled by Chinese government.According to the class,I know Hmong people in Wiscon mostly are come from Laos,Tailand.and China.They want to reserve their own culture,so they moved to Laos,then Tailand,at last they come to US-Wisconsin and California.

I think Hmong people reserved their culture now.They are smart and hard working.I like their traditional cloth.They all cloth by hand made.It's beautful.

About the picture.I can learn the Hmong people like their free and simple life.they cultivate land by themself,women cook the meal,also weaving the cloth.The man feed the pig and carry water use the bamboo barrel.Especially I can remember 2 couple in the picture .They do some housework together.Grind some seeds into powder maybe,also with their baby.It's so harmonious! The animal in that picture also lovely and relax.I think this is a real life the Hmong people wanted and to protected.

When I was a little girl,I like meat very much,especially the pork.So my mother sometimes cook the pork meat with the potato for me.That time ,I am very happy to enjoy the meat.also I like to go to the kitchen to see how to cook this kind meat.Today,I can cook this meat also share this dish to you .Hope you will like it.

Name: Gao Sheng Meat

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon red wine
2 tablespoons suger
3 tablespoons vinegger
4 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons water

1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)
3 potatos

Directions:

1. Use a sharp knife to cut the pork into cubes.
potatos also should cut into cubes.

2. To make a sauce for GaoSheng meat.mix the red wine,sault.vinegger,soy sauce,water in a glass.Then use pot,add the pork and potato,and let a glass raw material inside the pot.Mix them together.

3. Heat the oven 425 Fahrenheit.(Hot temperatures).Let the pot on the owen.ues simmer way to treat the pork.waiting about 20 minutes.

For Food:
We can use any kind of meat to cook this dish.like pork,chicken,beef or anything else you like it.also you can add some vegertable in it.

It's very dilicious! I am sure you will like it!

When I eat this Gaosheng meat ,I miss my mother very much~This is a good memory for me.

July 18.We went to Madison.It's a great tour ,I like it very much~

We visit the University of Wisonsin-Madison.It is a huge campus.So many teaching bulidings inside.also the campus have a good sight.We can go down a street.then we can see the Capitol in Madison.In the campus,also have a great thing.That is a lake area and the Abraham Lincoln 's sculpture. My favorite in the campus is 'the school of business' building.It's really i want to go there have my future study.

Then I like shopping very much.I bought many things .It's a good trip!

We also went to a farmer market to visit.This is my first time to visit US farmer.It's very different from China.Here are some new technical.also the farm is big.and also have some different kind of annimals.It's really interesting.I learn more about it.
