When I was a little girl,I like meat very much,especially the pork.So my mother sometimes cook the pork meat with the potato for me.That time ,I am very happy to enjoy the meat.also I like to go to the kitchen to see how to cook this kind meat.Today,I can cook this meat also share this dish to you .Hope you will like it.

Name: Gao Sheng Meat

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon red wine
2 tablespoons suger
3 tablespoons vinegger
4 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons water

1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)
3 potatos

Directions:

1. Use a sharp knife to cut the pork into cubes.
potatos also should cut into cubes.

2. To make a sauce for GaoSheng meat.mix the red wine,sault.vinegger,soy sauce,water in a glass.Then use pot,add the pork and potato,and let a glass raw material inside the pot.Mix them together.

3. Heat the oven 425 Fahrenheit.(Hot temperatures).Let the pot on the owen.ues simmer way to treat the pork.waiting about 20 minutes.

For Food:
We can use any kind of meat to cook this dish.like pork,chicken,beef or anything else you like it.also you can add some vegertable in it.

It's very dilicious! I am sure you will like it!

When I eat this Gaosheng meat ,I miss my mother very much~This is a good memory for me.
